Cork based Black Metal project NOROT will be releasing a physical edition of his debut “Nathrach” album through Naturmacht Productions. The album will be released this Spring as a limited DigiPak CD which will also feature two new songs not included in the digital release. It will also include some of NOROT founder and sole member, Robert W. Cook’s own incredible artwork.

“Nathrach”, which means Serpent or Snake in old Gaelic was written and recorded In Cork, Ireland between 2012 and 2014, was originally released on the 19th November 2014 and was made available as a free download for a limited time.

These songs are an extension of the visual art created by NOROT within this same creative cycle and are meant to accompany the overall artistic concept. The songs delve into the subconscious void, treading the left hand path into the place where the only language is symbolism, dream and memory.
