The album was also re-issued in 2016 as a 10th anniversary edition. It contained two discs, with the first being the original “Rise” track listing fully re-mastered for the release, and the second being a collection of 2004 demos, rare acoustic versions and exclusive mixes of tracks that never made the original album.
A 12″ vinyl edition was also release with the original “Rise” track listing fully re-mastered for the release.
And a Deluxe Edition which included both the 12″ vinyl and 2CD.
