Helpless Thrash Metal / Co. Antrim

HELPLESS were an early 1990’s Thrash band from Belfast who only recorded one demo as far as I know. The band didn’t last long though and members of the band went on to form the Grindcore styled LESSHELP (…see what they did there?) who still gig occasionally.
