Gíora Ambient Metal / Co. Limerick

Originally starting out as TWILIGHT OF HARMONY, that band briefly evolved into GIORA with Dave O’Dowd taking over on drums. Peter Chains then left the band who continued on as an instrumental outfit. They re-arranged a few existing tracks and penned new material to test the waters and see if the instrumental route would work. But before long they once again made a name change to their current DARK_MATTER monicker in late 2009 and released the excellent ‘_adrift_’ EP the following year.
